The Supreme Court on Wednesday ordered a CBI probe against all the shelter homes in Bihar for allegedly subjecting children to torture and sexual abuse. It added that all the allegations made by TISS in its social audit report will be probed. Bihar has 17 such homes and the CBI is already probing the Muzaffarpur shelter home case.
