Despondency has gripped Pakistan as the world reaction to India's action has been muted. If Pakistan can change the status of Gilgit and Baltistan every other day, can't India take administrative decisions in her territory? There is no question of Pak going to ICJ as such cases are not entertained. As for Pak going to the UN, well, India is entering UNSC next year. Besides, Pakistan goes to the UN every year. So what?
